15 Olives is an American family owned business striving to grow, harvest, pack and ship only the highest quality, USA grown (Florida and California) Olive Oil and Vinegar.  We are farm to table, providing 100% clean olive oil made with real ingredients that do not contain additives, synthetics or food dyes.

15 Olives was founded by Stuart Alfonso to provide as many people possible with a pure, healthy, flavorful olive oil free of additives.  The olives are sourced directly from his olive trees in Florida and California and milled quickly to ensure the purity of the oil in order to provide the best health possible effects.  

Having grown up spending nights camping on his grandfather’s farm, the outdoors is inherent in him so it’s no surprise that he finds reprieve from stress in the outdoors.  Staying and working at the Olive Orchard provides a sense of peace and a reset button, especially when his family joins him.

Stuart became a Certified Sensory Panelist through the UC Davis Olive Center at the Robert Mondavi Institute.  He is a member of the Florida Olive Council, worked with UF/IFAS Research & Development department, member of American Olive Oil Producers Association, and attends conferences to expand his knowledge.  He enjoys sharing his passion for Olive Trees and Olive Oil with other farmers and enjoys teaching people what an extra virgin olive oil tastes like.

Central California – Since California provides more of a Mediterrean climate, we grow more varietals including Picual, Coratina, Taggiasca, Leccino, Maurine, Frantoio, Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki.


Harvest & Milling

Our olives are harvested at peak ripeness and transferred immediately to a mill, with the fruit never touching the ground. A team of highly experienced millers capture the fine flavors and aromas to produce our extra virgin olive oil and store it in stainless steel tanks in a climate controlled room, with no exposure to light or oxygen.
